2014 Committee of Men Who Believe in Women
Dear Believer in Women,
On October 14, 2014, The Women’s Political Collaborative of Tennessee will celebrate the 22nd Annual Good Guy Awards with a luncheon at the Downtown Nashville Sheraton Hotel. As part of this event, we invite you to join the Committee of Men Who Believe in Women. Your membership on the committee is easy – no phone calls, ticket sales or meetings are required. All you have to do is join!
Committee membership costs only $100. The benefits of membership include: one ticket to the 2014 Good Guy Awards Celebration, recognition in the event program and the invitation, and your name being prominently displayed on the Men Who Believe in Women event sponsor board.
Each year the Women’s Political Collaborative recognizes and honors men who uniquely demonstrate their support of women with the Good Guy Awards. This year’s recipients are:
- Chief Steve Anderson – Metro Nashville Chief of Police
- Jeff Teague – President & CEO at Planned Parenthood of Middle & East Tennessee
- Justin P. Wilson – Comptroller of the Treasury, State of Tennessee
- Luther Wright, Jr. – Attorney, Ogletree Deakins
This year we will also be honoring the late George “Citizen” Barrett for his life-long work to ensure equality for all.
Last year, more than 200 men joined in their support of women. We hope to increase that number substantially this year. Please show your support! Mail your check today, payable to the Committee of Men Who Believe in Women or you can go to www.wpctn.com and join online.
